Immigrant services include Family Green Card, Lottery, Fiance (K1 visa), K3 Visa, Business and Employment (EB1, EB2, EB3), PERM, Labor Certification, Adjustment of Status in the United States, Work Permit (EAD), Investment (Investor Visa EB5), Naturalization (Citizenship), Permanent Resident Re-Entry Permit, Advance Parole, Deportation/Removal, Waviers/Reliefs, etc.
Non-immigrant services include, but are not limited to B1/B2 (Business or Pleasure Visitors), Visa Extensions/Transfers, E1 trader, E2 Treaty Investor, H1B (Speciality Occupation), R1 (Religious Workers), L1 (Intra-Company Transferees), O1 (Extraordinary Ability), etc.
Since U.S. Citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card Holder) are required to report their World Wide Income on their U.S. tax returns, we also provides tax services to individuals and business entities, such as C Corporation, S Corporation, Limited Liability Companies, Limited Partnership, General Partnership, etc.
